SAUNA CEREMONIALS
represent the "elevation" of regular sauna use to a higher level. In the Kolštejn wellness center in Branná, the experienced saunar Jiří performs rituals every TUESDAY and SATURDAY from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) according to a pre-prepared program.
After completing the sauna ceremony, for hygienic reasons, it is first necessary to wash off the remains of the products under shower, then dive into the cooling pool.
Icing on the cake
After the sauna ceremony, fresh slices of fruit are prepared for you by the wellness staff. After refreshments and refreshments, it is necessary to spend enough time relaxing and resting the body in one of the relaxation zones (tea room, tepidarium, upper rest room).
Wellness capacity is adapted to a group of up to 30 people, while equal use of the wide range of relaxation procedures is expected, providing the widest range of wellness procedures here.
Those of you who are from health or for other reasons, "dry" relaxation procedures are preferred, fans of proven saunas, or all believers of new and not yet well-known relaxation methods in the Czech Republic, which will get you back on your feet.
Entrance to the sauna world is intended for persons over 15 years of age accompanied by an adult persons, this is a no-swimwear zone, entry in a sauna set, which each visitor receives free of charge before entering.
